Depending upon where you live, you could get by with some painted ones. The cheapest I have seen is $259.

40 series single in dual out im about to go to dual borlas though it actually not too loud i dont think but i like em loud so IDK, no, no cutouts yet gonna do that when i swtch exhausts, billet pistons are for my trans and they dont really help performance they just keep your tranny running smoother so noticing a difference is probably not conna happen yea i ran a 13.7 on street tires with the mods that are in my SIG cam numbers are 224/230 .581/.588 112LSA, yes this is my daily driver and it does just fine, a buddy of mine put the exact same cam in his truck and his motor has 150,000 miles on it and his does just fine too. They'll be some douche saying its too big for a 5.3 or for a daily but theres two of em up here that are daily drivin work trucks up here with no problems.

Yeah, I was kinda skeptical about running such a large cam (designed for a LS2) on your 5.3L, but I am very impressed with how well it runs! It is giving me confidence to go larger myself...

His cam was custom spec'd for a TBSS. The truck and motor are long gone, but Garrisson snagged the cam from him. You can order a custom grind Comp cam along with valve springs and pushrods from Texas Speed and Performance. They have everything you will need for a complete cam swap.

Wow--do the custom cam. But LTs and a 3000 stall will be required.

only buy a custom grind cam from a reputable dealer/company that will stand behind its quality. There are people regrinding stock cam blanks and they grind through the case hardened/induction heat-treated area of the cam lobe and get down into the soft metal, leading to premature failures.
