Took me a few minutes to find. GM High Tech has a LOT of articles.

What search criteria did you use?

Not sure what you mean, but when you do a search on their site for LS1 ... you get about a thousand returns. Looks as though they have moved all of their LSx articles into a subdirectory called lsx_engine, then I found the article which started "0608..." (which relates to June '08, or the article month) and found it from there. I tried using the name of the file (which was available from the old link) ... but then again ... why am I trying to explain this? Purpose of posting was to give a current link so people could find the information. Hope it helps.

I'm a little lost on the ABS when converting over to the LS motor. I seen on here where you have to run both PCM so the ABS still works? I'm fixing to to do the swap on my 96 truck in a month so I'm trying to get all the info before hand.. My plan is to get a wiring harness from Nelson's..

Also I'm dropping in a 2002 6.0 what fuel line fittings do I need? But I'm not going to use the stock truck intake was thinking of going with one of the car intakes just not sure the one I'm going to use!!

Is there anyone around Houston on here that's done the swap to the 96-99 truck that I can get with if I have any ??'s

did the transfer case bolt to a TH400? If yes, then you might be in luck.

This is prob a dumb question but I have a 93 gmc z71 with 5.7 tbi. Is there any engine accessories I can reuse for my ls1 swap?

only thing is the a/c compressor if you decide to get an aftermarket bracket.

I have a question about hooking up a 4l60e to my 89 k1500 transfer case. Will I have any issues or will it bolt right up? Or would finding a 2000+ transfer case be a better idea and would my drive shaft still work it I have to swap Trans cases?
