    what is this called?

    the motor i'm swapping has been sitting for a while & i'm trying to change out as many parts as i can. i sent my injectors off to get bench cleaned & want to know the technical name for this part so i can replace it, if possible.

    is it changeable?
    since i'm going to use the Vette filter w/ built in regulator is having 2 regulators going to be a problem?

    Looks like its built into the rail. May need to get aftermarket ones

    i'm being told it's not a regulator, it's a fuel pulse dampener. it has a retainer clip but before i took it apart i wanted to see what others said about it.
    guess i'll have to take it apart & see whats inside.

    if you're just swapping rails, trust me.. that vette filter trick does not work.. you'll want to invest in a 250 dollar FPR , some lines, some connectors, etc.. i went down that route.

    i'm not swapping rails, just cleaning this one up. it's been sitting for a while.
    what do you mean the vette filter doesn't work?

    The only reason it wouldnt work is if you hook it up wrong. I have never seen one not work properly. I like the wix 33737.
