What gear are you running? Try putting your stock tune back in. Not all tuners are good for fuel mileage.

BTW, your truck is working against you when it comes to fuel mileage. It's heavy, tires are heavy, toolbox is heavy, transmission his heavy and geared not so great, wide tires create drag. You're probably doing good for a heavy pig truck. Max out the tire pressure to the max posted on the tire sidewalls. Lose the weight in the bed of the truck unless it needs to be in there all the time. The rig needs to go on a diet if fuel mileage is a concern or you need to trade it in on a diesel.

sounds like you need a radix supercharger....over 400 f/lb of tq at below 2500 rpms is what you are looking for....dont need a new hi dollar one...go find you a cheap used one....they are usually trouble free....

That would be nice, but unfortunately it&#39;s not in the budget right now. I don&#39;t think I could find a sub-&#036;1000 radix .

I believe it&#39;s a 3.73 gear.

I&#39;ll try putting the stock tune back on. The main reason I got it was to change the tire ratio to correct the speedo anyway.

The gas mileage isn&#39;t killing me right now. It&#39;s still <&#036;3/gal around here.

I think I&#39;m just asking for a miracle here and wasting people&#39;s time...
