My 5.3L into a Jeep Wrangler

question 1... is there fuel pressure, 50 psi, at the fuel rail when you attemp to start it.
question 2... is there 12v going to the injectors when the key switch is in the "ON" position.
question 3... has the VATS been disabled in the PCM

1) i don&#39;t know, i&#39;ll check it
2) i don&#39;t know i&#39;ll check it
3) Yes, Nelson had my PCM and did the tune and removed all VATS and emissions for me.
