Did you confirm with Allen that the pins in the PCM have been activated to control the fans or are you going to get the thermal controller from SPAL?
The tabs on the ends of the fan housing looks like it's designed to hold a carriage bolt from turning while bolting some kind of bracket to it. A couple of pieces of angle iron with holes drilled through it could mount it up. Personally, I like the little zip tie things that you buy at Autozone to mount the radiator. It doesnt' get much simpler. All you do is drill a 1/8" hole through the fan housing and pull the radiator zip-tie through the radiator and lock it into place, then cut off the excess. It's a clean look and if you're creative you can make it look almost like it belongs there.

I used the zip straps the first time around. Maybe it was my install, But I had to replace the radiator after 1.5 years. I suspected the weight vs time did a number on it. Though it was the cleanest way to do it.
Alan build a aluminum shroud for your fans don't use the zip ties. George has some aluminum out at the shop and we can build one up in a matter of 15-30 minutes and it will look trick and alot stronger than some plastic ties.
