i have the super 40 on my 02 and the 40(not the deltaflow) on my wifes 04. i like how they sound imo. but they tend to drone inside the cab.
you con go with 2.5 or 3in inlet. do you want siingle or duel exit?

Flowmasters can have a serious drown depending on how the whole exhaust system is done.

I've used Flowmasters on my last two systems. The first one was a 3" single tube straight through the center and had no turn down. It dumped right in front of the axle and droned like nobody's business. I added a 90 degree turnout to exit in front of the RR tire and the drone went away. The next system had true duals running to a (2) port 2.25 inlet x (2) port 2.25 outlet and the tone was very nice, no rumble. I think the biggest problem guys have with these mufflers is not exiting the exhaust properly.

Mine sounds awesome. I have a 4 inch intake and dueled out the back with 2.25 straight out the rear and corvette style tips and the only drone it has is when the humidity is up and i am going 70 down the highway with the windows up. Now at 80 the drone goes away but this could be the roar of the motor that is covering it up.
