Where would I look to get a ecm and harness if I did buy this setup and about how much would it cost? I&#39;ve been looking into LS1&#39;s and LT1&#39;s to go in my dad&#39;s &#39;64 Chevelle we&#39;re restoring, but this might be a good route to go.

A stock harness won&#39;t be hard to find. Allen can build you a nice clean custom harness and supply you with a PCM tuned and ready to go, too. That&#39;s his business.

Would you have a good source for the matching trans. (?? 4L80e ??) for a reasonable price?

I&#39;ve got a 97 4L80E out of a 1 ton truck I&#39;d part with for &#036;900. I didn&#39;t get to see it run but it supposedly drove the truck onto a flatbed trailer without any issues. That&#39;s what core transmissions go for most anywhere that has a 4L80E available. Used ones with a 30 day gaurantee around here are &#036;1500 at the bone yards.
