If your stepper motors are bad in your cluster, they are easy to replace.
DIY or send it out
I replaced all of the motors in mine in about 20 minutes. Send me the cluster and $50 and I can fix it for you. the $50 should cover the motors and return shipping. I'm not trying to make money off of you.
