I'm kinda curious, with a 5500 rpm stall how does it leave the line? Is it smoking the tires? What RPM does it do down the track, 7000 RPM all the way down? If you have slicks and can hook you should easily be in the 1.5s in 60' time, right? Are you able to build boost right off the line? Thinking about maybe running nitrous under 5000 RPM for a quick boost?

Haha, it's jut a regular street truck... Driving a 5500 stall woul be no fun! Haha

Just leaving the track again... Had a pretty good but it was just one thing after another working the bugs out. Had a few decent runs but still not 100% what I want out of it on low boost. Ran a 10.90 at 127 on about 14psi, so I guess it's doing alright but there's still alot of room for improvement before we up the boost

Its a power Vs weight thing.... Its a 5.3 with a cam and prob makes 240hp on the motor .. then u add some boost and it wakes up but still nothing like a "Big" motor.. I go by flash speed vs boost and its all about how fast you bring it on.. hit a nitrous stall with 150 shot isnt going to flash like it does on 300.. And had some small issues but we found a way to overcome that .. GREAT day today.. 118-mid 120s on the small tune up.. Few phone calls and a bit of phone time and Good team work !! 5.3 ex cab in the 10s and almost 1.50 on leaf springs with no caltrax or trans brake

Too bad you'll be stuck up Mitch's ass next weekend when I'm at test and tune. Expect a phone call or 6 regardless.

Good job guys. I know you've worked hard for this and I know 14 psi is still small boost for you. Plenty of room to improve.
