I LOVE the G8. I've been telling my girl about them for 6 months and I think I finally got her hooked. She said once she gets a Yukon and we can sell her pos dodge I can buy a G8 for my daily.

IRS doesnt belong in a car that was intended for straightline performance.
Have to agree.. While some of the maros look good, it is only after alot of beauty mods.. They went to much into the looks of that car.. I can remember seeing the sketch of it in the beg, it looked almost identical to the 69, with tasteful subtle changes..

Modern muscle, my friend. They still exist and perform extremely well in both main categories.

if someone considered them muscle cars they would be in the compact catagory due to their small size and being of a unibody design.

I was trying to think of a muscle car that was made after the 70s, only thing that comes to mind, is the Grand National even though its a sixxer, id kill to have one.

So muscle cars have to have a full frame? Looks like all the Mopars are out then. But yeah that's my definition too, big enough a big block was pretty much mandatory.

You and me both man. If I could find a GNx for a decent price I would jump all over it.

A local shop that does mostly late model vette stuff had 3 BADASS GNx's in there show room last time I was there. One was the owners...single turbo v6 running mid 10's...one was a former AZ Cardinals running back...basically stock, just refreshed...and one was a customers....bored/stroked v6 with twins, he was saying there shake down passes were 9.3's-9.5's. I was in love.

Are you sure they were the ultra rare GNXs? Or just grand nationals? Or WE4 models?
