Youre talking about the pop on cover brad? With those they eventually get mishaped from the heat of the headlights and really look like crap.

No...I have never seen it applied but I believe its tint in a can sorta speak...I have seen a few finished tails and I just wasnt impressed with it.

Kinda a case by case thing, but the night shade has a tendency to turn purplish.
