Looking for a stall for my 4L60E in my 99 Silverado 2wd
Preferably used in good shape. Let me know what you have. A TB coverter would work to.

guy I bought my injectors from, had a brand new permabuilt for sale week or 2 ago. He had super quick shipping, was packaged pretty good. Might want to try that route.
blown transmissions are about as useful as 97% of the guys on this forum
you cannot put an LS1 style converter on a non-LS1 transmission, IIRC because the input style is different. The older style has a small, about 3/8", guide. The LS1 style has a blunt end on the input shaft.

I'm really confused. OP has a 4l60e, the thread I'm talking about http://www.ls1truck.com/forums/sale-...ns-cooler.html also has 4l60e

V6 conversion to V8 is what I am speaking of. Be sure you're matching up the correct converters and transmission styles.

he has a 5.3
and the 4.2 tb converters fit in our trannys no prob, and stall 1k higher (though they can't handle as much power, so I'd personally never do it)
