hmmmm thatd be FUN!!! id be happy with a 12.7 pass on just gears. then a 125 for those sneaky lil sport cars

id love to have a vette owner get depressed a CC beat them lol

the sad thing is all i wanted was a 12.9 CC and still be a DD, i have that without gears.

i guess after the gear swap and a good set of tires im done. ill probably just store the dry kit i bought and when i get tired of a 12.7-12.9 truck ill add the dope. or when its paid for ill go bigger

In that case, why not shoot for the moon with a 454?

being a everyday driver then 4:30s would be a good choice even though it never bothered me to ride on 4:56s i am sure your powerband pulls pass 6k rpms.. the closer you get there in the 1320 the faster your times will be!! then again nitrous will also get you there even sooner

my truck is retarded compared to what ive owned in the past.

    6800rpm is my shift point.

if i spray imma start at 3k to 6400 an give myself a lil room just incase ya know?

im getting my gears installed Monday afternoon and ill see how i like the 4:10s. worse thing is ill be upset with the gears and wan a go to 3:73s. but from the 2 trucks ive road in with 4:10s are FUN to roll in

if you think 4:10s are fun then you should have went with the 4:30s you would have had a blast, you wont be upset you'll be like WOW lol!!
thats a very nice shift point, youre probably right in your power band at 6600.. dyno without seeing a dynosheet. all should go well for ya!
