    Is it safe to assume you put a gauge on it to see if they pressure was no longer there and its not a seperate issue?

    +1. Could be a regulator or other issue.

    lol actually had a friend do this the other day lol his gauge said it had a 1/4 tank but he was on E put some gas in it and it fired right up he felt like an idiot since i towed him in
