and repeat 2 more times 30 mins total ? and nothing ?

So you've successfully done this before and with this retune you can't get it working?

give us a call, it could be the pcm just not taking it.

The PCM can be such a PITA at times.

Yes they are, I had a friend from the GMC dealer come over and he did something with the tech tool and then did a sequence that took almost an hour and a half and it worked ? Well I thought that all was good till I drove home, My tune was suppose to shift at 6000 and it shifts at 5300 at WOT sometimes and around 5500 others ? and to make things worse I am getting a code for thermostat out of range and then it says engine hot ac/off and when I check it the actual temp with my tech2 and it is 164 at the most. I thought that should have been covered by the tune ? I think thats why its asked in the form if you have a 160 or 180 etc.. right ? at least on my 09 it did I had done at a local shop. I guess im just frustrated from waitin 3 weeks for my PCM and then its wrong ? Now Im worried I may not even have the correct tune either ?

If there was an issue with the vats, now the shifts, it's possible the tune just didn't load properly.
whatever you asked for, i tuned for.

I think it might not have loaded correctly ? I am getting a code for thermostat out of range too and then the info center says engine hot and ac/off ? I hook up the tech tool and the temp is only 155 degrees ? Erica said when you tuned for the 160 stat this code would not come up anymore ? The truck is not hot at all this will come on when I am driving after about 5 minutes maybe less and the gauge reads 170 -180 degrees in the truck.

Might not even be tune related, could be a bad connection on the terminal or a corroded one.
If you have your other modules, put those back in.
I do small tweeks for lower stats, but fan settings aren't available. The lowest fan on value is 192, so we're still stuck there.

I bet it's a bug in the pcm or a bad connection on the pcm.

If it's giving you issues, install the stock ones.

Didnt have the code till I changed the stat ? I put the old thermostat in this morning, Clear the DTC and drove for about 40 minutes and no code ? I put the stock pcm back in 6am this morning too and runs fine ? I have 3 trucks and sent in 2 tune requests, But tuned my 08 locally. Is there anyway my requests got messed up for my 07 and 08 ? My truck is an 07 GMC new body style has OBX headers, 160 stat, circle d 2600 stall, AFE cold air intake, comp cam 212/218 .530/.530 114ls and 33" tires.
The thing that concerns me the most is when the truck shifted with the tuned PCM's it will slip it will get to 5300rpm and just hang there then slowly pull down then shift very strange feel ?
