Tell me about it, I have 285 BFG mudterrain tires on 17" steel wheels with chrome covers. What a heavy combo, pain in the ace rotating them.
GET OUT OF HERE WITH THAT RICER MATH!

I actually bought these just for one center lug cap, the dealership wanted 35 bucks for one. I got the whole set of wheels for 50. It was a wife whos husban had gone out of town, so she sold them to me really cheap just to get them out of the house before he got back. the wheels are pretty much brand new with less then 100 miles on them, the wheels were driven home from the dealership than removed, and placed in some boxes in the garage. if i cant find a use for them i will post them up for sale.

I would kill my wife....... mine are the 17, but they are very close to the same style, the spokes are straight on mine though. I bead blasted them, prepped them, and primed and painted them with the dupli-color lacquer enamel. The paint has held up great for the last year except where some weights were put on the outside by Discount tire(jackasses).

they're the 16x7s, right? i'd totally be interested if you sell these (so long as shipping from WA won't make me need a tube of K-Y). just PM me if you do, please.

i've ended up having to buy 2 center caps over the past couple years (one got hit by an MR2 & the other, the tire shop didn't tighten enough). luckily, there's a hubcap shop in nashville that sells them for $20
they are the 16x7s, i will let you know if i do sell them, you have first crack at them.

And as far the guys wife, I havent gottan an email asking them to be returned. I do like the style of your wheels, those are what i wanted but i think i will try these out. And if i do paint these can i just hit them with a red scuff pad a spray, or are there some other steps i should look out for.

You should be alright given they are still new. Two of mine were pretty scratched up so instead of trying to smooth them all out I bead blasted all four. Little overkill but we do that sometimes.
