Busy people. Did you leave a message?
See my truck data in the "My Garage" section here... http://www.ls1truck.com/forums/my-ga...tml#post191709
I'm not sure what you're name is, but i'm looking at the call list and i don't see anything referring to a radix, codes, etc, just 4 calls on the vm this morning.
Two turbo questions, trans question and one with a name and number.
if you want a call back, you must leave a message and your # along with a description of the question/issue, if you did, please be patient and we'll call!
Somebody is always here, like always; if the phones go to vm, we're on the phone, if you keep calling and it's busy, we're on the phones.
We've only been open for 1 hr 45min this morning, we got stuff to do just like everyone else does and we'll definitely get to you!!!
thanks,
allen
just a quick suggestion, if someone else answers other than me, it's best to give them as much information as possible so they can help you, i'm rarely available for phone calls but my employees can come ask me questions and get your question answered immediately. erica may not be as technical as i am, but she is the first point of contact and it's best if you give her all the information so that i can be prepared when i speak with you, if i need to.

Called two times yesterday left name and number even the code numbers. Around 12.30 pm and then around 2.00pm. No big deal.Got a hold of them today and have a new tune on the way. The girl there is always very nice and she gets all the info. But I never seem to get past her. I must say she does a great job. It sure is nice to get a hold of a company that has people that know what they are doing and are nice. So many places now are so rude. Sorry if it sounded like I was mad I was not. Do like working with you guys and will be doing a lot more. Looks like I may have some Mustangs come to work on. And a lest one ZO6.
Thanks for letting Erica take care of the issue, she's much quicker at that stuff than i am, since i'm swamped!!
cam sensor is an input only senor, like most of them, so the pcm is detecting something is wrong with it. Maybe a wire cut or pulled during installation.
This next tune will take care of the egr code, we used a new file.
let me know,
allen

Thanks a lot.
Now does anybody know the numbers for the wires on the PCM for the cam sensor. Would save me a lot of time. Will pull the wires and check. If they check out OK then pull that new sensor and see if it is OK. Boy pulling that sensor is going to be a real pain. Also did you change the tire size to.
THANKS AGAIN ALLEN
I'll try to remember to post the wires and pinout, an easy test will tell you if the wires are good.
ya, i changed the tire size.
thanks again,
allen

Boy not looking forward to pulling that sensor. Put in new stuff and still have to pull it. Thanks to all that have helped on this it has been a long road but it has gotten me out of the house.
Well worked on the cam sensor all day today. Never did get it out looks like it is just under the chiller and I could not it out. But we did check the sensor and it looks to be good. Looks like the PCM is putting to much voltage to it. 11volts. So hopefully the new tune will clear that up. Thanks Allen for the pin call out.
Well still getting the cam code guess I will pull the blower back off and pull the sensor. What a pain.
