He'll need to do a bit of modification to make it sound halfway decent. The w7 will need the space cut down too, but not as much and has better SQ IMO.

To each their own. We both know that.
when I finish mine, you'll need to swing buy, I bet you'll be impressed.
I never assume off a couple systems a woofer or amp is garbage by a few street installs.

the w7 will hit hard no doubt but it will definatly make a big dent in the wallet. man if u run a momo block amp only to the sub any sub you get that is stable at that ohm will rock. it really comes down to how much money you want to spend i personally like kicker i had two 12 inch L7's in my last truck in a center console box like you are building and they rocked and they are alot cheaper than the JL audios but anything you buy is going to come with a warranty so dont worry about that

And they sound like ass. L7's have no musical quality.

Hey they have quality some when tuned... just nothing close to a true SQ based sub.

ah now, we've done this dance, you know that's biased (your opinion), we have too many trophies to prove otherwise.

and you think DD sounds good, I think they are 'loud', but sound good, eh...

but then again, that'd be my opinion ...
