Camburg is one of the BEST long travel lifts on the market next to Total Chaos. I've seen their product line up close and personal at offroad expo and they keep coming out with better and better kits and their fabwork is next to none. They are not just another Fabtech or every other pansy lift you see. They are the real deal and I have witnessed their long travel kits completely thrash the desert. GO Camburg if anything at all.

I agree dude, go spend 7g's to make a desert truck that will probably never see the desert. That's what I would do.

Nothing wrong with doing it in stages too.

Maybe do body first, then lift, then tires.

Prob be best to do lift, tires, then body though. I know the prices are tempting, but stay away from e-bay lifts. They are that cheap for a reason.

Prerunners are sick, weither they look and function or just look. So have at it man!

Whos to say that once it's lifted that he won't take it out to the desert? Would you put a crappy turbo kit on your truck, or something quality that you can depend on? Plus, I dont think any of these trucks on this site are gq's, so the capabilities of our trucks matter to us. No posin

I always go with quality on my rigs. I'm just saying that there is no reason in spending that if all it's going to do is ride around looking good when you can do it cheaper, and safely. Come to think of it though, I would probably go all out too. I mean, I AM wanting to spend close to 5g's or more to have the rockers on the ground so I can't really be smartass about it. I guess I retract my previous statement.

I almost forgot about the flawless paint job it will get after the bagging so it can sit in a car jacket in the garage...... So yeah, I'll go ahead and retract that previous statement.

+1 We are all spending way too much money on these things, but it's just too much fun to stop
