    The majority of my nuts and bolts I have are from things I've thrown away. I strip them clean of usable hardware before tossing them. There's nothing quite like free hardware.

    i dont throw ANY fasteners away unless its rusted to hell, broken or cross threaded. i find so many uses for them its not even funny. yesterday i used one of my old bolts that held my fast 90mm intake manifold together as a stud to hang my level on.

    old mod list: H/C/I/N/E/G 408
    new mod list: 5.3, gears/posi, mufler and tune : (
