if you're doing a wet shot I don't see why you would need larger injectors. The fuel pressure should stay pretty consistent and you are pulling the fuel before the injectors. if you go with a bigger shot, then eventually you will starve your fuel pump... although keeping your DC duty cyle like 85 at wot is the safe place to be....can never be too cautious.
