GM 87mm DBW Throttle Body

I am in Lagrange Ga. It wont fit your 5.3. It is for the drive by wire instead of drive by cable. It has a little electric motor inside that operates it instead if a cable and spring.

If it is a 03-05 Silverado 4.8,5.3 or 6.0L it is fly by wire and it will fit if it has the cathy ports....

Is it plug and play with the truck Trottle Body Plug. OR do you have to buy an adapter.
