Nice truck! I'm looking at buying another one myself since there's one for sale here in Kemah with 40,000 miles but I really don't have the room for 2 of them. Is this your truck?

This one belongs to my Dad. He bought it for my brother and it never ran quite right so it didn't get driven much. I replaced the computer and fixed a few items and it runs perfect now. I did a compression test and all cylinders were within 5% of each other. When Dad and my brother picked it up from Ft Worth, it made it back to the house and the trans died. Trans has been rebuilt with all the upgrades and works great. This is a fun truck to drive and so smooth you don't even realize how fast you are going until you look at the speedo. I think SYTY's are at the bottom of the market now and have nowhere to go but up. This is a really nice example of one of GM's rare attemps at making a great all around performance truck! I bet you will ask next will the 02 will spank it, hell yes but it has the same in upgrades as I'm asking for the Syclone. Still I bet the Syclone would run a low 13 high 12, maybe better if the stock stuff was upgraded. It will also run the same in the rain with the AWD.

It's clean..................I've been working on mine almost every weekend and almost have it where I want it. I hoping to get into the lo 12's - upper 11's after the turbo install. I would hang on to it until the prices start to increase again. There's a 40,000 mile Syclone down here by me for sale and he's asking $12,900 but I think he'll take $10,000 since it won't sell.

It's pretty hard to get a bank to loan money on a truck that old. That's why most people have a hard time selling them, it's not a lack of interest for sure.
