    35k miles on an 06--just reuse them. (verified upon visual inspection of course)

    And be careful removing them so you don't crack or tear them.

    I agree. Yours is new enough to have been built with the black gaskets instead of the crappy orange ones. 35000 miles isn't much. I have replaced 5-7 sets in the last two weeks so look them over well. the rubber might try to stick to the block so don't rip the rubber loose from the metal part of the gasket like mentioned above.

    If reusing a bonded gasket I like to smear a very thin skin of silicone over it before installation for insurance.
