Buy a left handed drill bit at the local industrial tool supply store when drilling out a broken stud. Take a center punch and rap on the broken stud a few time before drilling to hopefully break the corrosion between the aluminum and steel. The LH drill will sometimes pull the bolt out for you. Be careful you don't break the easy-out in the hole, the only way to get it out after that is a grinding stone in a dremel or such tool.
