my frame mount on the passenger side fit perfectly but the one on the driver's side had to be cut and welded (modified) in order to work. i searched and searched but pretty much everyone told me it required modification. i thought the frames were the same on the trucks and hd trucks/suvs but i suppose not due to the driver's side frame mount modification. i swapped from a 4.3 to 6.0 also. good luck, rob (956) 802-7700.

Get a 34" factory radiator, they're plentiful and cheap at the aftermarket body panel places.
See my truck data in the "My Garage" section here... http://www.ls1truck.com/forums/my-ga...tml#post191709

ok thats not too bad then. so the passenger side will work...but i just have to modify the one on the drivers side and I cant just buy a new mount and bolt it up to the frame??

where at? Im not really looking for an OEM, id like to get a performance (better cooling than stock) 34" aluminum radiator for a good price if I could find one. Im not opposed to a used one even, as long as it is in good shape and priced good. I do need to get it soon as I am about to swap my motor in and need to install it when I remove the 28" radiator. any other help would be greatly appreciated..

RedHeartBeat is refering you to places like LMC Truck Parts: Chevy Chevrolet Blazer S10 GMC Jimmy S15 Ford Bronco Ranger Pickup Pick Up Accessories/Catalogs page 111. And other body sheetmetal websites like LMC.
