Have your hubs checked. There is a sensor in the hubs. Had one go out in mine a couple months ago. 80.00 bucks and it was fixed.

You probably have a hub/speed sensor going bad then. Try to find someone with a scantool, and moniter the sensors during a test drive while the problem occurs.
+1. You can also measure the resistance thorugh the sensors ususally around 900-1200 Ohms but this is a little unreliable as a static measurement. Check the hubs for play too. Most acceleration DTC's are caused by erratic readings. Make a good visual inspection of the WSS wiring.
cool .do you know what its called?Is it the speed sensor?If so my luck ill have too replace the whole hub assembly,im sure on an esky thats half a fortune.my hd was like 400 each for 2wd hubs.
