You don't need bass blockers anyway, turn your hpf crossover up to around 250 or so. That will block out any bass you got.

My speakers aren't amplified and I am running a stock head unit so there isn't a crossover to adjust. I returned those capacitors and got some bass blockers. I have no idea what they are rated at but they were free so it won't hurt to try.
ahhhhh, I was thinking that as soon as I replied. You could always put a little 2 channel on them and really make a difference in how they sound and gain the benefit of the crossover and a lot more power. a little 100 or 150 by 2 amp wouldn't cost much and should only need some 10ga wire although 8g would always be better.

I may do that soon. Whatever these capacitors are, they cut off wayyyyyy too high. I guess they are meant for tweeters. I'll probably just buy some of the right blockers tonight if I can find out what these are. Do you know what they are rated at if the markings on the side look like this:
