    I Need a Driveshaft!!

    I twisted my driveshaft in half. Does anyone know where i can get a driveshaft? Its for the truck in my sig.
    2003 RCSS Chevy 5.3L Fully Bolted, Cammed, Yanked, and 342s. Borla Exhaust w/ Electric Cutouts.

    my buddy has a truck like mine but 4wd. he said he will sell me his driveshaft. My truck is 2wd, Will it fit. I didnt think it would?

    I believe your buddies driveshaft won't work, him being 4X4 should make his driveshaft a bit shorter than yours. You could measure it out to be sure, but his transfer case should be longer than a tailcase on a 4L60/65, making your driveshaft longer.

    Just curious, how did you twist it in half?

    That was my first place to go. None of the salvage yard close to me have one.

    they often get bent when they lift the truck with a forklift.
