yeah, she's finally learning. I've had to work on the Jeep with 45k miles more than my old Chevy with 183k. Which at the time of purchase she kinda thought it made sense for gas mileage because she lived with her parents still on the outside of town and had to drive a long way to school and what not. As it turned out her inline 6 got worse economy than my Z71 with 18's and 34's, woops. then about a year later we got a house together and fuel economy didnt matter. I tried to tell her.

Glad to be here!
Fule economy ALWAYS matters! Because you always need gas and you have to buy it no matter what the price is. Unless you have boocoo's of money.
I had an 06 GTO that got GREAT gas mileage. I may have had to pay for Premium, but I got about 25 miles to the gallon with a 6 speed.

boocoos of money or not, I can't drive something without a V8. Economy didnt matter for her though because we took my truck everywhere and still do. She always wonders why, I tell her it's cos I drive a GM product. When she asks what that has to do with anything, I tell her it's because whenever I go somewhere I want to be able to get back without calling a tow truck.
