    that is a very nice turbo, im sure you will be happy getting it back on...i know i will my gas mileage sucks with your truck being broke

    I would just rebuild the one you have and just do the upgrade.
    NEW SET UP: HKE 346ci-New times 10.62 @ 131MPH on 16psi
    MD-1750-SE Dyno numbers 708-RWHP 762-RWTQ on 16 psi

    Old set up Stock 5.3L FI cam and XMS front mount turbo kit
    NEW ET 10.82 @ 125 mph 18 psi & 75 shot :-)
    MD-1750-SE New XMS Turbo-cam 656 RWHP 696 RWTQ 14 PSI "Got Boost?"

    They're rebuilding it today and will ship it tomorrow. Will have it by Monday and driving by Tuesday.

    it got its face lift, just put the last piece it needed on last night

    Good move Moze. See how long this one lasts now and assess the issue next time it goes out?

    Read this (I know it is for FF trucks, but I would figure the same applies):

    Reading Buick forums, they tend to lean towards 30 seconds to 1 minute.
