    How much of a spacer is needed for realignment for that condition?

    They're going to be aluminum and you'll have to buy longer bolts and an additional pair of water pump gaskets to complete the setup. My machinist says we can sell the spacers very soon.

    look at 07 pump vs a 06-99 pump.. youll see what im saying

    The LS2 pump looks like it has a real wide pulley....couldnt just use one of those?

    yeah, pull off the pulley and replace it with the truck pulley. Only thing is many have destroyed their pulleys trying to pull them off with a three jaw puller.

    what's the easy way to get the pulley of without screwin it up? I know power steering pulleys are a pain in the butt too...........

    hmmmm, ok then........a couple beers and a three jaw puller........we'll try it..........

    You can use an 07 pump with an car intake. The clearance issue with the pump outlet neck on the older truck pumps is not an issue with the 07 pumps. You can relocate the idler below the alternator to a different location to get the belt to clear the throttle body too.
