    new daily driver?

I am looking into a new Daily. The truck is getting alot of miles on it and I am really going to start killing the gas mileage in the next couple mods. I hope that by March or April I am ready to get a newer ride and keep the truck strictly for weekends and play time.
So here is where I am so far. I am thinking either GTO, TBSS, G8, in that order. really all I am wanting is something quick with good gas mileage. I'd like to stay in the LS style motors. This ride ISNT going to be Modified any farther then a intake exhaust and tune (for gas mileage). Any experiences or problems with these or any ideas for something else I should keep in mind would help out alot.

I really like the TBSS and I was considering trading my truck in for a while to buy one. But I don't think that getting 10-12 in the city would really be saving alot of money on gas. Go with the G8. Everyone loves a 4 door sports car. Plus IMO the G8 looks sick, and probably sounds ridiculous with a nice exhaust.

is there a 6 speed option in the g8? how would it stack up to the ls2 in the gto? keep in mind i dont wanna spend over $30000. if the ls2 gto is close to the g8 for 15k less would it even be worth it?

G8 owns the gto...but it all comes down to personal preference and with the economy sucking ballas right now dealerships especially GM ones are cutting some badass deals

TBSS gets terrible gas milage. Mine gets 13.5 no matter what.

Thats my big hold back on the TBSS. I go to texas from arkansas probably 5 or 6 times a year on top of trips to lousiana probably once every 2 weeks or more depending on what goes on (keep in mind my town has NOTHING in it. just to eat something like outback I haft to drive a hour). So at this point its more between the G8 and the GTO. If I am correct the GTO has better gas mileage then the G8 though. As far as buying new its all on what kind of deal I can get. This is still at least 3 months away but I want to know where the options are.
