Thread: '68 C10 Step Side 6.0 swap

    Im really not shur about this but isent having a remote coil pack kind of defeat the purpose of having coil packs since your spark plug wires will be different lengths. having all the same length spark plug wires is what the individual coil pack were made for. Im probably way off here but thats what i just thought.

    Yes, I agree 39687163416684658468 per cent. But it does look kool.

    For 100 years man has struggled with long and often damaged and burnt plug wires, looking for a solution to a blob of untidy and high resistance wires as well as all of the packaging problems they induce.

    When someone in the upper ends of an American automobile manufacturer comes up with a design that is "un-costly" enough to put on half and 3/4 ton trucks, but fulfills all the previously mentioned needs....someone needs to revert to Model T F*** tech to hide the "ugly" coils because REAL AMERICAN MEN LOVE TO LOOK AT ROCKER COVERS!
