Did you put the 1-2 and 4th gear?My truck is pretty much stock except for a programmer and exhaust.

So should I go with the corvette servo for the 1-2 and the billet for the fourth gear?

Honestly, I think that the corvette would be fine. But I like my billet 1-2. the billet 4th really isn't THAT noticable. I mean, I feel it shift a lot firmer, and I'm sure it will hold a LOT better than a stocker while towing. But to shift from 3rd to 4th while racing shouldn't be done on a stock tranny appearantly. so...
Ok then I think I'll go with the corvette for the 1-2 and leave the fourth alone.

It's not "1-2 and leave 4th alone".....
It's a 2-4 servo cavity in the trans case that has moving parts inside. The moving parts inside are the pistons that apply 2nd and 4th gears. The Vette kit comes with the replacement pistons and seals for both 2nd and 4th apply.

How much more noticeable is the billet than the corvette?

They're done by a clutch pack, not a servo on band.
