Let's see......$250 for gaskets, probably $300 for valves, $170 for comp 918 springs, $170 for titanium retainers, $450 for a retail price comp cam, $400 to tune up after the new cam and probably about 10 hours to do all the work at maybe $80 an hour. The price is pretty close for retail work. Doing it yourself and searching around for discount prices will cut your price to about one-half.
