This is Canada. Those of us with balls enough to do something like that are few and far between.

I am assuming this is another way to raise revenue, since it is impractical to enforce this law as a stand-alone, i.e. if you get caught going over 150 kph, you not only have to pay the speeding fine, but also whatever penalty this lame law has associated with it. I don't see how you could effectively enforce this by itself on a national scale.
It still sucks...
