Wel since are mods are about the same I cant wait to see the how much you gain and how much faster the truck will be. But yah its gonna sound nice for damn sure!
you should just get everyone that wants to help to plan a trip to waco jeff. I've got every tool u have listed except the spring cmpressor, and you could prob get codys in austin, he has a real nice one.

as many people are doing cam swaps, how bout we all go in and buy the tool for the valve springs and we could just mail it back and forth to each other.
since its small shipping would only be like $5 for us texans that are all within 6hrs of each other.
plus as many of us as there is it would only be like $5-10 each, this is one of those tools most of us will only need 1 time and it would be kinda dumb for me to spend $70 on a tool i'm only gonna use once.
just a thought
just get the valve spring compressor from autozone that looks like a crow bar its only like 11 buxks and works pretty well. a tip if you get this tool is to cut the tool in half so you can get to the back spring, i found that taking the rocker rail thing out made the tool work better, and dont use the TDC method to get the spring off it doesn't work to well, just get the fitting for the air compressor so you can fill the cylinder up with air, MUCH easier trust me.

Because somebody buys it, ships it to someone else and it gets "lost in the mail" and someone is out the cost of the compresser. If I owned a tool that expensive I would require the person wanting to use it to be local or put the price of the compresser into my Paypal account before I'd ship it to them and they'd have to have it back to me within a couple weeks or the compresser would be theirs.

Jeff, every tool you need is at the shop. No need to go to Autozone or anywhere else... Plus Jon is interested in one of your HHO kits, he has your number and will be calling you soon to set up a day to do the install.

Thanx everyone for the offers. I wanted to do this asap, But I also did not want to drive 3 hours one way and do a 6 hour install and have to drive back unless I had to. Next Sunday Slim silverado and his cousin will be installing my LSD and 4.10's. It would be cool to do it all at once, but Its all up to kurt and Jon on the cam stuff. Since they are local to me. I will put on the ls1 fans while Im waiting, and prolly the nitrous stuff too. I just need jasons schematic for his fan wires. I know the black one is for the ground. But I dont know wha the blue one is for.![]()
