1st and 2nd place isn't always the fastest cars either. Ricky took 1st with a 7.5 or so and I took 2nd with 8.2 due to the pairing down, running down the ladder. The car he beat in the 2nd to last round was Louis' Vette and he's a lot faster than me.

Louis was between 7.9-8.2 all night...6spd car with 500+rwhp is hard to hook...thats the challenge and excitment of it

in a 4wd i would just do that but in an AWD i only pull the shaft for the dyno

I was just told that I was going to be needed at work this weekend with Ike headed our way. So unless he changes direction, I hate to say it and was stoked about going up there, I will not be able to make it up there this weekend. This is what happens when you work for the government, we are here to serve the people. There will be a next time in the very near future.

Good news, they added a new class, street tire shootout for any DOT legal tire including drag radials. Starts this Friday.
