I know every manufacturers jets are a little bit different and different from engine type to engine type too. I'm no expert so that being said I'm running a 36 fuel jet & 62 n2o so that just kinda seems pretty far away from a 200 shot in my opinion. So I guess what I'm saying is how you came up with it being a 200 shot to begin with?

Your's may be engine HP rated. Nitrous Outlet rates their's at the tire. Plate sizes are way different than nozzle jet sizes. These sizes are per their chart for the plate setup, LS1 and LS2 and they have been confirmed on a dyno....

Nitrous Outlet LS1-LS2 plate system jetting ...

    -50HP 35 N20 - 22 fuel
    -75HP 41 N20 - 28 fuel
    100HP 52 N20 - 33 fuel
    150HP 62 N20 - 38 fuel
    200HP 78 N20 - 46 fuel

No that is almost exactly what mine is for a 150 shot (mine is 62 n2o & 36 fuel) but you said your running a 35 fuel???? Am I missing something?

My times have been listed thinking I was running a 200 shot but I'm running a size less than midway between 100 and 150 shot. I was wondering why I was having such a hard time getting into the 6s. I had the engine built to really hammer some nitrous and have been pussy-footing it apparently.

What size nitrous jet are you running? That's kind of a good thing really. Now you've got something to look forward to.

35 on the fuel and 81 on the nitrous. The nitrous doesn't seem to care what size jets I put in, I get the same AFR even if I totally remove the jet. I have a restriction in there somewhere, that's why I'm moving up to -6 line from -4. Dave thinks it odd, too. If it doesn't get better with the -6 line he wants me to send the entire nitrous side of the system to him so they can flow test it and replace or repair any restrictions. The plate is supposed to be able to flow up to 400 HP. Today he told me that the -4 line would only supply enough nitrous for 300 HP in a perfect setup.

Sounds like maybe the plate has a restriction or the solenoid isn't opening up all the way to me. Did you blow through your supply lines with compressed air?

yep, seems to flow through just fine. I have a brand new nitrous outlet nitrous solenoid on it good for up to 600HP, supposedly. We'll see how it goes tomorrow night when the new parts show up.
