Seriously, it costs like $6 more to put 93 in your tank. Plus your truck will run better, get better gas mileage, motor will run smoother, etc. Switching back and forth is too much trouble. Get a 93 octane custom tune and be done with it!

You would be surprised that here in rural america, my local gas station doesn't even have premium, just 87 & 89. One of the only downsides of living in the country. Its not that hard to plan ahead, I just try to make sure I've got 1/4 tank before heading to the track and the station near the track has 93.
