I have a Crew Cab 4wd 5.3 with 3.42 gears and a trick turbo front mount set up with the 62 turbo. Mostly just daily driven. What would be a good stall and why?

i would shoot for like a 2600-2800.

One of the reasons why is because its a stock cam with stock lift with stock gears and a smaller turbo. i was thinking about going with the same stall for my stock setup and my STS 67, but since im gonna be putting in a cam soon im gonna shoot for a 3000-3200
