92 LQ9 swap

Ok i am new to this site so i will apologize now for possibly asking some dumb questions. I have a 92 regular cab short bed with a 5.7L TBI, i just baught a LQ9 out of an 03 Escalade EXT with the pcm, gas pedal and a beat up wiring harness. Ive looked at the sticky for conversions and it's great lots of useful info. Now for the Questions

I did not get the MAF or TAC module anyone now where i can buy them?

Is it possible to run a 700r4? If not is it possible to run an manual trans out of a camaro/trans am?

Do i need to run a bigger radiator?

Thats all i can think of now but im sure ill be asking many more. any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

you should be fine with the radiator you have now, and im pretty sure you can run the t56 behind the lq9...
