    You will miss it but if you're doing for economics go for the vette. Only half the gas and all the power. Its not like you have children, well, maybe Lambo from time to time, to haul around and you won't be an old geezer running around in a sports car. Truck+Vette+insurance and maint on both will drain you faster the hottest cutie you've ever laid next to.

    tried this weekend to see how good it could do...almost all highway babying it staying 65 and under i got 15.4mpg and put another $75 in it today

    No I hear ya though - with gas the way it is (and nitrous) it's an expensive hobby. Why not go the route I'm going? Turbo and smaller cam will help your fuel economy. Keep the nitrous for back up.

    With the money you spend on gas, you might be able to buy a used Corvette and keep your truck. I bet a very carfully driven Vette could get almost 30MPG. But then again Red has a point.

    well hate to see you thinking about giving up Clifford...but do you really think you will get better mileage outta the vette....I mean comeon look wut you did to the truck...you have a disease....you know damn well your gonna drop a huge cam in it and a huge shot of spray...yah you will get a bit better mpg but i bet you dont see 30 mpg...stay the course

    I know how you feel abotu getting bored and the gas mileage. Thats why im getting more power to become unbored. But my mpg is going to get worse haha
