$1.2 triqubillion dollars. J/K I'll find out how much the kit was. I thought you might like to see this. The kit is from Grant Customs. It needs lots of work to make the patch panals look right and have the roll pan line up.

That's epoxy primer. Filler is next. It shouldn't take much.

The customer wanted the back up sensors installed in the roll pan so, that's what he's getting.

Gotcha. You must have took the pic right after spraying cuz it looks glossy. Do you find its better to lay a couple coats of epoxy first then the body filler or just do the body filler then epoxy over the whole area? I know toyota recommends filler over epoxy just for added protection.

Your right, it was still a little wet when I took the pic. Im sure the paint shop this truck goes to will scuff it first then apply filler. I don't think he's getting it finished yet, this will keep the rust off till he gets ready to finish the job.

It's always safe to put a few coats of epoxy down on bare metal just to seal out any pin holes. Body filler doesn't like moisture, and 99.0% of filler problems is because moisture gets in from the back side.. Just good insurance. Overall the kit was pretty decent, with a small exception of the corner fillers not fitting at all. They took a lot of reshapping and trimming to get to fit, but turned out good in the end.
