It takes alot more than just learning to do a couple of tunes and then trying to sell them. There is alot to learn and the potential to hurt alot of things too. I'm sure not going to tell you you cant, but it will take a while and alot of practice.

I know it will be a protracted process to learn to tune. I do not expect to an "overnite success' by any means. You do have to purchase licenses for each pcm you tune, but they have a workshop deal that gets you unlimited access

I also would not be advertising for buisness until I felt very comfortable that I had a comanding knowledge of what i am doing.
