That was in the works. I decided to not do anything right now because of the Negative publicity. it is not worth the trouble anylonger. I have spent alot of my own money to try and get this started and with all the crap being talked I just think it will do no good to get this going. It will cost more money out my pocket to get the NPO and other legalities worked out and it just is not worth it.

Thi is not directed at you RedHeartbeat:

Also I will say it again, It was not started to compete with Tim. It was suppose to expand on what Tim allready had going, I wanted him to continue what he was already doing There is not going to be a team CRL verses RKCCRL. I wanted it to be a nuetral site. There are alot of people that will not perticipate simply because it seems like a RKC charity and alot of people do not like RKC.
Anyone can call BS if they want but that is your opinion.

What do you expect when you go over the head of the original organizer to create a site you claim is to help Tim because he didn't have the time, then it turns out to be a totally separte event and you claim its not affiliated with Tims league??? You brought the negativity on yourself. Now it seems that you are going around to every site that was recruited for the original event and steering them to your event, which I wouldn't trust as far as I could piss. One thing is for sure, Tim has been doing this for close to 2 years now. We have seen the results of the event itself. The reason why people are calling you on your bull****, is that you claimed it was to expand upon what Tim had going, but yet you go behind his back like an untrustworthy thief to start your own league, your own site, and steal all of the forums that are participating in it....Smells foul to me.

I think he is a scam artist...and while reading through posts he saw the post about the charity racing, at which point he got a grand idea to scam people outta there money by misrepresenting himself as part of the charity organization that was already started....

If this is truly for special needs kids, then how can it not be worth getting everything setup legally?!?

All the people on here and other sites calling me a scammer for starters. They have no idea who I am or what I do. I am not a scammer but because they have been lead to believe that. There is more negative then positive and I am worried that If I get a track to agree to an event that nobody would show up for it. That is what I am worried about.

I have a nephew is special needs, a coworker with a daughter who is special needs, and several freinds with special needs children. So Trust me I want to help special needs as well as any kid in need but can't do it if nobody shows an interest in it.

If you get your ducks in a row and have your information posted properly everyone will see that you are legit. Get your NPO registration, post it and be willing to open your life up to the public. Running an NPO isn't easy and takes a lot of dedication. Do it correctly and you'll have volunteers to help with the mundane tasks. Changing the name to something else might help, also, since there already is someone doing what you're wanting to do. It might help to get the blessing of Tim and work with him if you want to set up this charity using his idea. Doing this in the same city/metropolis where he first started it kind is a slap in the face to Tim and I can see why a few people are a little upset.

i talked with Tim yesterday and got the whole story....and Tim has no reason to lie and i have known him for a few years now so i will believe his story (that wont change) over yours

Why do you have to steal the exact name of Tims event he worked hard to start...why not call it racing for children or something but no you go racing charity league and magically have Team LS1Truck.com....go look at RKC...here RKC Charity Racing League - RICEKILLER.COM FORUMS does the Team LS1Truck.com look familair?? I dont doubt that you have an under privaledged nephew and what not but come on man be creative think of your own ideas and names to start an event....i just think this is pretty Shi**y of you
