head gasket??

okay so i ordered my stuff yesterday. head gaskets,arp bolts,lifters, and i had my heads resurfaced so i should hopefully get most of it before this weekend. cross my fingers... is there any other steps i need to do before this gets put back together? i cleaned out the heads really good and cleaned all my piston tops of and it looks great. i tried to get most of the factory head gasket material off. but other then that and all the torque specs what else do i need to do? or am i ready to roll? thanks all

be sure you get 100% of the water out of all of the bolt holes in the block. If you do not you can crack the block when tightening the head bolts. I use a syphon type sprayer on my compresser to draw any moisture out of the holes.
