    Finally something worth posting

    03/14/2008

    RT .086
    60' 1.85
    330' 5.37
    1/8 mile = 8.370
    1/8 MPH = 82.16

I think the coverter woke it up a little bit, .6 faster in the eighth.

    Bested my best, again.

Oh yeah, I don't have a Corvette servo in the 80e, so that can come off the list. I am running slicks at the track. 48 lb injectors. Add hds to the list since I do have the cheap old Patriot StageII heads on there. Too bad theres not a topic for trans type like 80e, 60e, 5 spd, 6spd, 65e, 70e, 85e, 6L85e....

    Back to the subject...

    60' 1.83
    330' 5.29
    1/8 mile = 8.237
    1/8 MPH = 83.49

Was a nice night. Good to see everyone at the track.

Guys, if you have an 80e in your trucks you HAVE to get a stall! My truck is loving it, it no longer feels like an 80e but more like a 60e due to the awesome stall doing its magic. Now if I can get my tune updated again by The Master.

Very nice Greg...the track and weather were almost perfect.I dropped to a 9.04,but still in the 9s...dammit! That 8.99 is just out of my reach.I may try to tighten up my shifts some but i know its my converter killing me...its just too tight, 1700 rpm is all it will stall at the line

time to dust this thread off haha i made like 15 passes to night, i have no back tire left

i couldn't hook up at all, i don't think any of us really did. my first pass i didn't know where the track ended so i stopped early hahaha second pass, i smoked the tire threw the track, third pass finally got it going and got my best time. 9.7506, still lost a lot of traction off the line. i one 4 races haha.

    reaction- .6947
    60 ft - 2.4161
    330 ft - 6.5151
    1/8th time - 9.7506
    1/8th mph 76.65
